Time out

We've been taking it easy on the homeschool front for the past three days. I'm tired, the kids are thrilled, and hopefully we'll all come back on Monday with good attitudes and a desire to get back to work.

Hopefully.

In the meantime I'm going to get lots of sleep.

A friend on mine has a great idea on this topic. She and her kids do homeschool for three weeks and then take a week off to do other things. I think that's a great idea. Three weeks is enough time to get some good things done, but not so long that you're pooped before you get to the end of it. Maybe we'll have to try something like this.
